155ZARestrictions on use of access areas during installations, reinstatements, etc
An FTTP service provider or a network operator using an access area to carry out a category 1 or category 2 installation, or to carry out any of the work specified in subsection (2), may restrict or block other persons from using the access area only for—
- the period or periods of time prescribed (if any); or
- if no period of time is prescribed, the period of time reasonably necessary to complete the installation or work.
The work referred to in subsection (1) is—
- reinstating property under section 155ZB; or
- performing any act or operation under section 155ZD(1)(a); or
- extending an installation under section 155ZD(1)(b)(i); or
- permanently reinstating an area under section 155ZD(1)(b)(ii).
