Illustration for Telecommunications Act 2001

When the Commission makes a draft pricing review determination, it must include the price you pay for a certain service. This price is decided based on rules set out in clause 2 or clause 3 of Schedule 1, and any other relevant regulations or Commission requirements. The Commission also considers other matters that affect the price, as outlined in section 48(b).

The draft determination must also explain why the Commission made its decision and what terms and conditions apply. It must say what you can or cannot do, and when the determination will expire.

The Commission's decision will include all the necessary details, such as the price, reasons, and any actions you must take or avoid.
