You are a fibre service provider. If you are subject to price-quality regulation, you must follow the price paths set by the Commission in a section 170 determination. You also have to comply with sections 198 to 201. The Commission monitors you to ensure you comply with these rules. They can ask you for information to check if you are following the rules, such as a written statement or a report signed by an auditor, under section 98 of the Commerce Act 1986.
