133Production of authority

  1. Every officer, employee, or agent of a network operator who enters land or a road under section 132 must—

  2. carry evidence of his or her authority and identity, which must be produced on request; or
    1. work under the immediate control of a person who holds evidence of that person's authority and identity, which must be produced if requested.
