51Pricing review determination

  1. As soon as practicable after completing any consultation or conferences under section 50, the Commission must—

  2. prepare the pricing review determination; and
    1. give a copy of the determination to the parties to the determination.
        1. To avoid doubt, a determination made under section 27 continues to have effect and is enforceable to the extent that it has not been altered by a pricing review determination.

        2. A determination under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).

        3. When a price review determination is published, the Commission must publish on the Commission’s Internet site the Commission’s reasons for making—

        4. the price review determination; and
          1. any determination referred to in section 52(b).
