200Unbundled fibre services

  1. A regulated fibre service provider who is subject to price-quality regulation must provide an unbundled fibre service if an unbundled fibre service has been declared.

  2. The service must be provided—

  3. in accordance with any prescribed description of the service; and
    1. in accordance with any prescribed conditions; and
      1. during any prescribed period for the service; and
        1. at a price that is no greater than any prescribed maximum price.
