Illustration for Telecommunications Act 2001

If you are a network operator, you can enter land to get to your existing works or lines. You can do this to inspect, maintain, or repair them. This is allowed under certain conditions, which are explained in section 126. You are allowed to perform any necessary acts to inspect, maintain, or repair your works or lines. This means you can take care of your equipment on someone else's land, as long as you follow the rules.
