Illustration for Telecommunications Act 2001

The Commission can change an undertaking to make it clearer if you, as the person who made the undertaking, ask them to and they think it needs to be clearer. They can only make these changes if the changes are not significant. The Commission makes these decisions about undertakings as part of the Telecommunications Act 2001, which was amended by the Telecommunications (TSO, Broadband, and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2011.
