91Commission must notify final liability allocation determination before notifying TSO cost calculation determination

The Commission may determine the priority between the preparation of a liability allocation determination and the preparation of a TSO cost calculation determination and, accordingly, may comply with sections 84 to 88 and sections 94F to 94K in the sequence, as between those 2 sets of sections, as it thinks fit.
