If you are getting a service from Chorus, this section might apply to you. You are getting the service because Chorus is required by a standard terms determination made under section 30M to supply it to you. Chorus started supplying the service when it was a designated access service, but now it is not, because of a change made by section 13 of the Telecommunications (New Regulatory Framework) Amendment Act 2018.

Chorus can stop supplying the service to you if a copper withdrawal code has been approved and they follow the code, or if you choose to have the service disconnected. Chorus does not have to supply the service to new users if it is no longer a designated access service.

A relevant service is either Chorus's unbundled copper local loop network or their unbundled copper local loop network backhaul.
