In this part of the law, some words have special meanings. A financial reporting standard means what it says in section 5(1) of the Financial Reporting Act 2013. You can find the meaning of financial statements in section 6 of the Financial Reporting Act 2013, unless section 79 applies. Minimum telecommunications revenue is $10 million, or another amount set by regulations, of the money a liable person gets for supplying telecommunications services. This can be by means of its own network or by means that rely on its network or another network. You can find more information about group financial statements in section 7 of the Financial Reporting Act 2013.
