The dispute resolution scheme for all Commission codes is either an industry dispute resolution scheme or a consumer complaints system. If Part 4B comes into force in accordance with section 156S, the dispute resolution scheme will be a consumer complaints system that is appointed under that Part and declared by the Minister. You can find more information about this in section 156S.

If you are a scheme provider for an industry dispute resolution scheme, you must provide information to the Minister or the Commission when they ask for it. This information is about matters relating to the administration of a Commission code.

The rules in sections 241 to 245 apply unless Part 4B comes into force.
