94F: Commission to prepare draft TSO cost calculation determination

You could also call this:

"The Commission must prepare a plan to work out costs for special services each year and let the public know about it."

Illustration for Telecommunications Act 2001

The Commission has to prepare a draft plan to work out the costs for each TSO instrument every financial year. You will see this plan because the Commission must give public notice of the draft. The public notice will tell you when submissions are due, which is no later than 20 working days after the notice is given.

The Commission must try to do these things within 120 working days after the end of the financial year. This means they have to work quickly to get the plan ready and let people know about it.

This part of the law is connected to other parts, including sections 94 and 94C, which you can read to learn more about how it all works together.
