43Requirements for application

  1. An application under section 42 must—

  2. be in writing; and
    1. be given to the Commission not later than 25 working days after,—
      1. for a determination made under section 27, the date on which the person received the copy of the determination; and
        1. for a standard terms determination made under section 30M, the date on which public notice of that determination is given under section 30M(c):
        2. be given in the prescribed manner, if any; and
          1. contain the prescribed information, if any; and
            1. be accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any.
