When a court makes an order under section 121, it must say how and when you can enter someone's land. The court order must also state what specific powers you are allowed to use. The court can add other conditions to the order, such as paying compensation to the landowner.

The court order is made by the District Court and it decides what conditions to include. You can find more information about this by looking at the related legislation. The court's decision is final and you must follow the conditions in the order.
