155ZQRelationship to other enactments

  1. The provisions of this subpart do not affect or limit the scope or application of any other enactment regulating acts or omissions in relation to accessing property and installing fibre optic media or other technology, except to the extent that the enactment is inconsistent with, or modified by, this Act.
