If you are a TSO provider, you must give the Commission some information. You have to provide calculations of the net cost to you of complying with the TSO instrument during the financial year. You also have to give the Commission a report prepared by a qualified auditor. The auditor's report must say whether your calculations comply with any prescribed requirements and any requirements of the Commission. You have to do this within 90 working days after the end of each financial year. This rule is affected by what is said in section 94C.
