155HHow long statutory rights of access apply for
The statutory rights of access given by this subpart apply,—
- in relation to FTTP service providers and network operators installing fibre optic media, for the period that—
- starts on the day after Royal assent of the Regulatory Systems (Economic Development) Amendment Act 2025; and
- ends on the day that is the third anniversary of Royal assent of that Act; and
- starts on the day after Royal assent of the Regulatory Systems (Economic Development) Amendment Act 2025; and
- in relation to FTTP service providers and network operators exercising certain ongoing rights of access to installed fibre optic media, for the periods specified in section 155ZD; and
- in relation to network operators and installations of prescribed other technology, for the prescribed period.
