87Commission to prepare final liability allocation determination

  1. The Commission must—

  2. prepare a final liability allocation determination; and
      1. give a copy of that final determination to all liable persons.
        1. The Commission must make reasonable efforts to do the things referred to in subsection (1) not later than 20 working days after the closing date for submissions specified in accordance with section 84(1)(c).

        2. A determination under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
