You need to know what happens after the Commission investigates a matter. The Commission must prepare a determination and give a copy to the parties involved. A determination is a type of secondary legislation, which you can learn more about in Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019. When a determination is published, the Commission must also publish its reasons for making the determination on its website. This helps you understand why the Commission made its decision. The Commission's website is where you can find the determination and the reasons behind it.
