62Expiry of determinations

  1. Every determination expires on the earlier of—

  2. the expiry date stated in the determination (if any); or
    1. the date on which the designated service or specified service to which the determination applies ceases to have that status because it has been omitted from Schedule 1 under section 66(1)(b).
