If you are a regulated fibre service provider who has to follow price-quality rules, you must provide a direct fibre access service when it has been declared. You have to provide this service in a specific way, following any rules that have been set. 199Direct fibre access services

  1. A regulated fibre service provider who is subject to price-quality regulation must provide a direct fibre access service if a direct fibre access service has been declared.

  2. The service must be provided—

  3. in accordance with any prescribed description of the service; and
    1. in accordance with any prescribed conditions; and
      1. during any prescribed period for the service; and
        1. at a price that is no greater than any prescribed maximum price.
