Pricing review determinations for designated access services: Calculation of price
45Access provider to calculate price on request
On receiving an application made in accordance with section 43, the Commission may, by notice in writing, require an access provider to calculate the price payable for the designated access service.
If an access provider is requested, under subsection (1), to calculate the price payable for the designated access service, an access provider must, not later than the time specified by the Commission,—
- calculate that price in accordance with—
- provide to the Commission—
- a statement that sets out how the price was calculated; and
- all information on which the calculation of the price was based.
- a statement that sets out how the price was calculated; and
Subsection (2) is subject to the requirement (if any) set out in subpart 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 in respect of the applicable final pricing principle.
