Illustration for Telecommunications Act 2001

The Minister has to tell the Commission about every instrument that is declared to be a TSO instrument under section 70. The Minister also has to tell the Commission about every deemed TSO instrument. You need to know that the Commission then has to give public notice of every TSO instrument. This means the Commission has to let the public know about these instruments.
