If you have a tree, shrub, or plant on your land that is interfering with a line, or might interfere with it, the District Court can make an order. The court can decide what the order says, including how much notice you get and when the tree, shrub, or plant must be removed or trimmed. You can check the Telecommunications Act 2001 for more information about this.
