155XDeemed consent of body corporate to category 1 or category 2 installation

  1. The body corporate of a body corporate administered property is deemed to have consented to an FTTP service provider or a network operator entering the property and carrying out a category 1 or category 2 installation if the preconditions in sections 155J and 155R are met.
