88Matters to be included in final liability allocation determination

  1. A final liability allocation determination must include—

  2. the amount of each liable person's qualified revenue; and
    1. the amount of the telecommunications development levy payable by each liable person, calculated in accordance with the formula set out in section 85(1)(b); and
      1. the methodology applied by the Commission in preparing the determination; and
        1. the reasons for the determination.
