Designated services and specified services - Determinations for designated multinetwork services - Draft determination

36: Draft determination

You could also call this:

"The Commission must make a draft decision and share it with you and the public within 60 working days."

Illustration for Telecommunications Act 2001

The Commission has to try really hard to do some things within 60 working days after giving written notice under section 35(b). You will get to see a draft decision if you are involved in the decision. The Commission also has to tell the public about the draft decision. The Commission has to include some important details in the public notice, like when you can give your thoughts on the draft decision. If the Commission cannot do all these things on time, they have to explain why in writing to the people involved, and also tell you if there will be a public hearing under section 38.
