Illustration for Telecommunications Act 2001

The Commission has to include some information when they make a decision about a deemed TSO instrument. You need to know what this information is. The Commission must say how much of the TSO charges the TSO provider has spent on things like infrastructure, operational costs, and other items. The Commission gets this information from the TSO provider, who must prepare and provide it when asked. The TSO provider has to give the Commission details about how they spent the TSO charges they received, so the Commission can make their decision.
