If you are a company that provides fibre internet services and you have to follow certain rules about prices and quality, you must charge the same price for the same services no matter where your customers live. You cannot charge different prices for the same services just because your customers are in different locations. This means that you will charge the same price for fibre fixed line access services that are basically the same, no matter where the person or company using the service is located.
