75Variation of TSO instrument

  2. an instrument that is declared to be a TSO instrument under section 70 must be treated as part of the TSO instrument as long as the TSO instrument continues to meet the requirements set out in section 70(4):
    1. a deemed TSO instrument must be treated as part of the deemed TSO instrument.
