The Commission has to prepare a final TSO cost calculation determination. You will see the Commission give a copy of this determination to the Minister, people who have to pay, and the TSO providers. The Commission must do this within 40 working days after the submission closing date, as stated in section 94F(1)(c). The Commission's determination is secondary legislation, which means it has to follow certain publication rules, as outlined in Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019. When the determination is published, the Commission will also publish its reasons on their website. This is so you can understand why the Commission made the determination. The Commission must follow certain rules when making the determination, as stated in sections 94 and 94C. You can find more information about the rules on the Commission's website. The Commission will make sure you can access the determination and its reasons online.
