Illustration for Telecommunications Act 2001

The Commission must prepare a standard terms determination as soon as possible after finishing any consultation or conferences under section 30L, or after the closing date for submissions under section 30K(1)(e). You will get a copy of the standard terms determination if you are a party to it. A determination under this section is secondary legislation, which means it has to be published, and you can find out more about publication requirements in Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019. When a determination is published, the Commission must publish its reasons for making the determination on their website. You can see the reasons for the determination on the Commission's Internet site after it is published.
