When the Commission is preparing a draft pricing review determination, they have to think about any calculations they made under section 45. They can also think about things that were decided under section 27 that are about how much you pay for a certain service. The Commission can make a decision about these things if they want to. You should know that the Commission has some rules to follow when making these decisions.
