You must have a marine protection document if the marine protection rules say you need one. You have to make sure you have the right document and follow the rules. You must also follow the conditions in the document. If you have a marine protection document, you may need to set up a management system to protect the marine environment. You have to train and supervise your employees to make sure they follow the rules. You must also provide enough resources to protect the marine environment. You can find more information about the marine protection rules and documents by looking at the Maritime Transport Act and other related laws.
