71Failure to comply with Part 3

  1. Every person commits an offence who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of any of sections 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 30, and 31.

  2. Every person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction,—

  3. in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $5,000:
    1. in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $30,000.
      1. Every person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of section 26.
