380Notice of proceedings against International Oil Pollution Fund or Supplementary Fund

  1. If proceedings are brought against the International Oil Pollution Fund or the Supplementary Fund under section 372, the Registrar of the court in which the documents commencing the proceedings are filed must send copies of those documents to the Director.
