The Director can change or cancel a marine protection document in certain situations. You can ask the Director to change or cancel your document if you are the holder. The Director can also make changes to correct mistakes or if the holder is no longer doing what the document says they should. The Director can change a document if the holder is not doing what they are supposed to. The Director can also cancel a document if the holder is not using it. Before the Director makes any changes, they will tell you what they plan to do and give you a chance to comment. If the Director decides to change a document, they can cancel the old one and issue a new one. They can also add conditions that you must follow. If the Director tells you they want to make changes to your document, you must give it to them right away. You can see how this law has changed over time by looking at the previous version. The Director has the power to make these changes to marine protection documents. You should be aware of these rules if you have a marine protection document.
