"When part of the Maritime Transport Act 1994 will stop being a law"

Section 204 will stop being part of the law after a certain time. You need to know that this time is either 6 years after the Maritime Transport Act 1994 started, or an earlier date chosen by the Governor-General. The Governor-General can choose this earlier date by making an Order in Council.

The date when section 204 stops being part of the law is decided by one of these two options. You can find more information about section 204 by looking at the section 204 link. This link will take you to the part of the law that section 205 is talking about.
