465Designation of parties to conventions
The Minister shall keep a list of and may give a certificate stating—
- the Contracting Parties to any convention declared by Order in Council under section 2(2):
- the Contracting Parties to any marine protection convention declared by Order in Council under section 222(4).
Any list or certificate under subsection (1) shall specify the date on which any such Government or State became or ceased to be a Contracting Government, a State Party, a Contracting Party, or a Contracting State, as the case may be.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, a certificate issued under subsection (1) shall be conclusive evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
