325: Director may review responses

You could also call this:

"The Director checks how well oil spills at sea were cleaned up to improve future responses."

The Director can look at how a marine oil spill response was carried out. You can think of this like a review to see what went well and what didn't. The Director can do this within 2 years of the response happening, to help make future responses better.
