290Regular review of regional marine oil spill contingency plans

  1. Every regional council shall review its regional marine oil spill contingency plan and submit a draft regional marine oil spill contingency plan after such review to the Director for his or her approval, not less frequently than every 3 years after its preparation, or its most recent review under this section, as the case may be.
