Illustration for Maritime Transport Act 1994

You commit an offence if you give the Authority or the Director information that is fraudulent, misleading, or false, and you know it is wrong. This can happen when you are applying for a maritime document or if you already have one. You must tell the Authority or the Director the truth, and if you do not, you might get in trouble, unless you have a good reason for not telling them.
