A law called the Maritime Transport Act 1994 has a part about overloading. You need to know that this part is called section 162. It was repealed, which means it is no longer a law, from 2 February 1998.

This happened because of a change made by section 187. You can find more information about this change by looking at the link. The repeal of section 162 occurred after it had already expired on 1 February 1998.
