You need to know about levies under the Marine Pollution Act 1974. The rules about levies in Part 3A of the Marine Pollution Act 1974 will still apply. These rules also apply to any regulations and Orders in Council about levies that were in force before the Act was repealed. You will still have to pay levies as if the Marine Pollution Act 1974 had not been repealed. When you pay a levy, you will get a receipt as if section 337 applied. This means the rules for paying levies and getting receipts will stay the same.
