447Procedure for making of emergency rules by Director

  1. Before making any emergency rule under section 37 or section 391, the Director shall consult with such persons, representative groups within the maritime industry or elsewhere, government departments, Crown entities, and, in the case of rules made under Part 27, with such regional councils, as the Director in each case considers appropriate.
