When someone is making a plan to respond to oil spills in New Zealand's marine environment, they need to talk to a group called the Oil Pollution Advisory Committee. They also need to talk to other people they think can help. This is so they can get good ideas and make a good plan to deal with oil spills. The person in charge, called the Director, is responsible for making sure this happens.
