445AText of certain marine protection conventions

  1. The Governor-General may by Order in Council—

  2. set out the English texts of the following agreements as adopted by New Zealand:
    1. International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage done at London on 23 March 2001 (Bunker Oil Convention):
      1. International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage done at Brussels on 29 November 1969 (CLC Convention):
        1. International Convention Relating to Intervention on the High Seas in Cases of Oil Pollution Casualties done at Brussels on 29 November 1969 (Intervention Convention):
          1. Protocol Relating to Intervention on the High Seas in Cases of Pollution by Substances other than Oil done at London on 2 November 1973 (Intervention Protocol):
          2. keep the texts of those agreements up to date.
            1. An order under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
