154: Deemed failure to comply with work-test obligation

You could also call this:

“When you're thought to have broken work rules without a good excuse”

You are considered to have failed to meet your work-test obligations without a good reason in three situations. First, if you don’t apply for jobs that require drug tests without a good reason. Second, if you’re supposed to work full-time but you quit or get fired for bad behaviour from a part-time job or a job with fewer hours than part-time. Third, if you’re supposed to work part-time but you quit or get fired for bad behaviour from a job with fewer hours than part-time. These rules are part of the Social Security Act 2018 and apply to work-test obligations.
