Administration - Commencement, stand downs, ending, and expiry and regrant - Expiry and regrant of specified benefits

336: Requirements for regrant

You could also call this:

“Rules for getting your benefit back after it has ended”

If your specific benefit has ended, you can apply to get it again. To do this, you need to follow certain rules. These rules might be written in the Social Security Act 2018 or in other official documents. When you apply again, you’ll need to follow these rules to have a chance of getting your benefit back. The government has set these rules to make sure the process is fair for everyone.
